The Role
- Full ownership of engineering + product design
- Shipping end-to-end across Agentic Infrastructure, iOS and Web App
- Working daily with Co-Founders / CEO to drive product strategy forward
- Offer: €80-120k Cash Salary, 2-5% Equity
- Intensity: 4d / Week In-Person, 1d remote, occasional weekend work but no 996 default

The Opportunity
- Team: Franz (prev. scaled Hive to €100m revenue / McKinsey)
- Industry: Consumer Health & Fitness
- Stage: Early enough to shape foundations of the company, but partially derisked through traction and funding (by leading consumer founders and C-levels from EGYM Wellpass, Runtastic, CDTM, Holy, etc.)
- Problem: Health is a behavior change problem. AI coaches fail to deliver behavior change due to lack of accountability, but human coaches and personal trainers are falling behind LLMs with regards to personalized and data-based nutrition / training / recovery guidance.
- Product: AI-native coaching and personal training. Pairing humans and agents, to enable clients to lose fat, gain muscle, change their habits and improve biomarkers. Initial go-to-market is a D2C service, likely evolving into B2B over time.
The Requirements
- Track record of shipping product end-to-end with real customer value and exceptional UX
- Experience running AI systems in production: Context engineering, RAG pipelines, Evals, LLM observability
